1. Who we are

2. Our service

TSAN provides guidance to students who want to study at UK universities — including course matching, application support, interview preparation and general information about student finance. Our service is free of charge to students: we are paid by partner universities when students enrol through us. Using our service does not oblige you to apply anywhere or to accept any offer.

3. What we don't promise

• Admission — decisions are made by universities, not by us. We cannot guarantee an offer, a place, or entry onto any particular course.
• Student finance — eligibility and amounts are decided by Student Finance England (or the relevant funding body), not by us. Figures on this site are indicative and can change; always check gov.uk/student-finance.
• Visas and immigration — we are not an immigration adviser. For immigration advice, use a provider regulated by the OISC or a qualified solicitor.
• Financial advice — nothing on this site is financial advice.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and truthful information — universities and funding bodies make decisions based on it.
• Meet the deadlines and requirements that universities or funding bodies set for you.
• Use this website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

5. Website content

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and may change (for example, intake dates and finance figures). The content, design and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors — please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Third-party links and services

This site links to and embeds third-party services (for example our enquiry form, WhatsApp, and official government pages). Those services have their own terms and we aren't responsible for their content or how they operate.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Beyond that, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made by universities or funding bodies, from inaccurate information you provide, or from your use of third-party services linked from this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
